The Little Kicks
Aberdeen’s The Little Kicks return to Limbo some two and a half years after their last appearance at the club, having toured Japan and Germany in the interim, but what a time they’ve been having of late.
Invited to tour with We Were Promised Jetpacks in May, conquering the summer festival circuit, being named one of Q Magazine’s ‘Ten Scottish Bands You Might Not Have Heard Of But Should’ in July and also releasing a remix EP with contributions from Optimo, Discoplis, Mash and more, we can’t wait to see what they’ve got in store for Limbo.
Support comes from Night Noise Team, who released their own, stunning new ‘Pieces’ EP this summer to broad critical acclaim, sounding like ‘Chic fronted by Morrissey’ (The List), plus a brand new band from Jill O’Sullivan (Sparrow And The Workshop) and Jenny Reeve (Strike The Colours), called Body Parts.
