As usual, Santa comes early to Limbo, to avoid the maelstrom of office parties etc. We’re particularly excited about it this year, as we’ve managed to secure those talented Glaswegian scamps WE ARE THE PHYSICS, who we tried and failed to book for Limbo on numerous occasions in the club’s first year (2007-08). Having just returned to the live circuit after a long hiatus, with an incredible new album out (via acclaimed indie label This Is Fake DIY), we just know they’ve got what it takes to make this one go off properly!
First support act SNIDE RHYTHMS appear on the back of the release of their debut album, released via the new Bonjour Branch label (started recently by Craig Coulthard aka Randan Discotheque, Andy Wake of The Phantom Band and Dave Maclean of Django Django) and getting rave reviews across the board.
And second support act THE BAD BOOKS bring their own incendiary live show. Limbo’s not yet totally sure what to expect from these these four musicians but, with the excellent musical pedigree each brings to the table, we just know it’s going to be something special as well!
